Our guideline for luxury toilet hire is that you’ll need one toilet per 50-60 guests for events lasting a few hours, with longer events or ones serving food and drink needing more.
Duration - the longer your event, the more toilets you’ll need. A service agreement will also help you maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the toilets.
Venue – let us know where your event will be as we’ll need sufficient space for our delivery vehicles. Accessibility varies from venue to venue so it helps us to know whether we’re delivering and installing our units in a field or town centre, or on private property. Location of utility supplies (where they exist) is also useful to know.
Type of guests – is your event family-friendly? Are you expecting guests with disabilities? This will impact on your choice of toilet units, and you will need accessible units with baby-changing facilities to ensure compliance and inclusivity.

Solid ground and flooring – always place toilet trailers on stable, level ground. Access pathways should be slip-resistant and possibly covered to protect from ice or mud – we are happy to advise on this.
Lighting - with shorter daylight hours, the interior lights ensure our units are well-lit for guests but you should make sure access paths are illuminated for safety.
Heating – all but the smallest of our luxury trailers include internal heating, making them welcoming to users, and comfortable when coming in from the bad weather.
Servicing and hygiene - cold weather doesn’t stop nature calling and in fact it can make you need ‘to go’ more often! For multi-day events like Festive markets, we offer regular servicing.
