About Silverstone
Known as one of the fastest tracks on the racing calendar, and featuring world famous corners including Becketts and Maggots, the Silverstone Circuit can be found in Northamptonshire. It has been home to the British Grand Prix since the 1950s, when it welcomed 120,000 spectators.
Visitor numbers to Silverstone
By 2022, in excess of 400,000 visitors descended on Silverstone during the F1 event, which took place over three days. The following year, 2023, this number rose to a record-breaking 480,000. Fast forward to this year’s event where that figure was equalled, but the single-day attendance record was smashed – a phenomenal 164,000 people were in attendance for the Grand Prix on the Sunday!

As licenced waste carriers with The Environment Agency, we also control much of the onsite wet waste management, removing and ethically disposing of waste, in line with government guidelines.
