There are lots of reasons why your clients’ wedding guests deserve luxury toilet hire, and once they have decided to go ahead it’s important to consider the following.

Where to install luxury portable toilets

We can deliver and install our luxury portable toilets for weddings anywhere that offers firm and flat ground, with sufficient access for our delivery vehicles, including grassed areas. If you have ordered multiple units, consider positioning them at regular intervals around the venue. This means none of the guests will have far to go for the facilities, wherever they are.

Do I need access to utilities?

All our units have their own integral water supply so no mains water is required. They do need a domestic electricity supply but we can help you to arrange temporary generator hire if necessary.

When will the toilets be delivered?

We understand the logistics involved in bringing suppliers together in a timely and coordinated way. With this in mind, wherever possible we will deliver and install our units at a time to suit you, and remove them after the celebrations when it is convenient.

How many portable toilets per person?

When final guest numbers have been determined, it is easier to calculate how many luxury toilet units will be needed. Of course, consideration should also be given to the number of any existing toilet facilities at the chosen venue, if there are any, and whether portable toilets will be needed to complement these or be the only facilities available. We normally suggest one toilet for every 50 guests across an 8-hour period, and our range of luxury toilets for hire includes units that cater for up to 100 guests to in excess of 400 guests. On a large site, even where the venue has toilets, it is worth hiring extra to ensure guests have easy access to a toilet at all times.

How to keep portable toilets clean and tidy

The last thing your clients want is for their guests to be unhappy. Some may have travelled long distances but everyone deserves a wonderful, VIP experience. We will discreetly empty the toilets as required, with the minimum of disruption to guests and we can discuss the provision of toilet attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for guests throughout the event.
